Negros Occidental Representative Iggy Arroyo passed away earlier today, January 26, after he was removed fropm life support. Arroyo initially announced that his brother, Iggy, who is in London for treatment of his liver ailment, suffered a cardiac arrest, was revived in the hospital, but has remained in a coma.
