All of Maria Ozawa’s video are censored. There is a law in Japan that adult films should have a screen filter on their private parts so most “legal video” are censored. However, if Japanese legal adult film is censored, then it certainly isn’t a law that is enforced, because there is plenty of Japanese adult film around, and there are tons of shops in Tokyo selling harder adult film than you’ll find in a US adult shop. It also might just be one of those “outdated” laws. Like, in England, where penetration and spreads are illegal, but they’re still available in some adult film shops. The laws in England are more readily enforced than the ones in Japan, but still not even nearly properly enforced.
