Starbucks Franchise in the Philippines
Starbucks is owned and operated by Rustans and all Starbucks franchises locally are operated by them. So as now its not possible to have your own Starbucks.

Mga kabayans, please know that Starbucks Philippines is NOT a franchise. Starbucks do not do franchises like McDonald’s does. Starbucks Philippines operated by Rustans Coffee Corp (a subsidiary of the Rustan Group) was given a LICENSE by Starbucks USA to operate coffee shops under the Starbucks name.
Rustans Coffee Corp is the sole licensee of Starbucks. If you’d like a Starbucks in your neighborhood, you’d have to contact the Rustans Group. You’d need to have lots of money to buy shares from Rustans in order to be given the opportunity to operate with them if they’ll let you.

Send your CV’s to people@rustancoffee.com instead of submitting your applications at a nearby Starbucks branch. Give it a week or so, then you’ll receive a text from the HR department in Makati if they’re interested to give you an initial interview. :)

working with starbucks is a great experience for me, i really enjoyed working with them from 1998 to up the first quarter of 2004. Here you are treated with no difference like a member of one big happy family. they are people oriented and the care is there and that is what i missed the most. Given the chance to work with great people with great peronality and big heart surely you will miss it.
Good fringe benefits as well and the prestige in its name is an honor to anyone who have worked with Starbucks Philippines

We are operating a 7,000 sqm. Home Depot at the National Highway, Calamba Laguna. We have leasable areas available. We would be honored if Starbucks will be interested. Presently, one of our lessee’s is a chinese fine dining resto.

i usually have my drink at speaker perez branch. i see them so good and friendly specially aiysz. she’s so smart and she knows my drink, she also talk to me even while making my drink. i also go to this branch and enjoy it specially aiysz as my barista she also made my usual drink as an extraordinary one i dont know whats her secret but i found it so good than any others did.
