Google just updated their Terms and Conditions which includes future product and features, and there’s the privacy policy.

But how do you do this? For starters, you may want to check out the privacy policy generator of the Direct Marketing Association and then you can edit it some more until you’re satisfied with your own privacy policy. I wonder what happens to publishers who are not able to comply with these updated terms. Are they going to be banned? Moreover, it would have been easier if they provided an example on how to implement this.
