to whom it may concern: i lost the original copy of my nbi clearance and i need to renew it for immigration requirements. I nbi forms with finger prints and attached id. would this be enough? i need your advice pls. …….. thank you so much

i took my nbi clearance when i was 21…i used to be iona marie n. cid ever since i started going to school…my parents did’nt know that the name written in my birth certificate was iona n. cid…we just found it out when i’m about to apply for licensure exam in nursing.Prc did not allow me to take coz of my name in my bcert and school documents are not the same..so to make it short,i followed my name ffrom my birth cert which is iona n. cid from now on…all of my school documents were changed because of the affidavit i’ve shown…my question is,what will i do if i want to apply for an nbi clearance as iona n. cid wherein i already had iona marie n. cid before?…

saan po ba ako magpapa change of status? pwd po ba un sa kiosk lang? ano ang dadalhin ko for that? may mga iba pa bang requirements? kailangan ba ung dating nbi clearance personal copy?

FYI – NBI IN QUIAPO-CARRIEDO IS NOW CLOSED. The new one is on the 5th floor of Victory Mall in Monumento.

I need a new NBI clearence for my residence visa for New Zealand. NZ immigration have my old one. Can I send the yellow copy that states ‘personal’ and ‘Not valid for travel abroad’ and get an up to date clearence for my application?

my last NBI clearance was 2001…. and now i need to renew it…. but the problem is my NBI clearance is no where to be found… what will i do? can i still apply for a renewal even if i dont have the previous NBI clearance….

is it possible to apply for an nbi cleareance without the previous docs. I’ve been working for 12 years from a respectfull company and since then i never had the chance to renew my nbi cleareance what would be the requirements needed to apply or renew(without my previous clearance).
