They were no longer on duty when they were cought playing around naked. But, what I do understood is they are dead wrong to be naked on the premises of their work facility, even if they are no longer on duty! However, termination is not the only option that there is! They could've been diciplined by suspension, or cut of worked time. Those guys are welcome to my home and be naked any time they want to!
